6-14-3: PROHIBITIONS:

   A.   All Wheels Down Zone: It shall be unlawful for any person in the all wheels down zone:

      1.   To use any wheeled apparatus when the wheels are not covered and/or constructed of polyurethane or rubber materials; or

      2.   To use a wheeled apparatus carelessly and heedlessly or without due caution and circumspection, or at a speed or in a manner as to endanger or be likely to endanger any person or property, which shall include, but not be limited to:

         a.   Using a skateboard, or similar device, without all of the wheels being in contact with the ground;

         b.   Using rollerblades, skates or a similar device, without at least one foot being in contact with the ground;

         c.   To come into contact with buildings, planters, railings, benches, chairs, plants or shrubbery, signs, light poles or any other improvements or fixtures with the wheeled apparatus.

   B.   Parking Garages: It shall be unlawful for any person to use any wheeled apparatus in any parking garage without prior written authority of the owner or owner's agent.

   C.   Dismount Zone: It shall be unlawful for any person to use any wheeled apparatus in the dismount zone.
