6-14-2: DEFINITIONS:

For the purpose of this chapter:

ALL WHEELS DOWN ZONE: Designated as the area between the boundaries of west side of 5th to east side of 13th Streets and north side of Myrtle to south side of State Streets, and also the area from the north side of Myrtle Street between the west side of 8th Street to the north side of W. Fulton Street and the east side of 9th Street to the north side of Fulton Street, which are not specifically included within the dismount zone.

DISMOUNT ZONE: Designated as the area between the boundaries of south side of Main and north side of Idaho Streets as they lie between west side of 5th and east side of 13th Streets, as well as the area between the boundaries of the south side of Bannock and north side of Front Streets and the east side of 9th Street and west side of Capitol Boulevard.

WHEELED APPARATUSES: A nonmotorized vehicle or toy consisting of one or more wheels, which are gravity operated or human powered and can transport persons or property, including but not limited to, inline skates, skateboards and skates. Any apparatus used to assist the physically disabled, bicycles and carts shall be specifically excluded from this definition. (1952 Code § 10-18-01)
