Ordinance Text
6-14-1: PURPOSE:
It is the intent of the City Council to place reasonable limits on the use for recreation of wheeled apparatuses in congested areas to protect the public safety and public and private property from damage or liability occasioned as a result of the exercise of that recreational activity. (1952 Code § 10-18-02)
