6-12-3: PEDESTRIAN OVERPASSES:
A. Crossing: At any pedestrian overpass hereinafter described, it shall be unlawful for any pedestrian to cross a roadway within three hundred feet (300') of either side of the overpass except by crossing the roadway on the overpass:
Pedestrian overpass on Overland Road at the intersection of Sage Street.
B. Prohibited Use: It shall be unlawful for any person to ride any vehicle, motorcycle or bicycle upon a pedestrian overpass. (1952 Code § 10-06-06)
