6-11-2: PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
A. Purpose: The regulations and standards established in this chapter are to reduce congestion, improve the flow of traffic, and to ensure the public safety of pedestrians, drivers, vehicle passengers, and regular vehicular traffic in the City while promoting business and industry through providing adequate loading/unloading zones and passenger pick up/drop off zones.
B. Scope: This chapter establishes the standards and procedures for creating on-street loading zones and passenger pick up/drop off zones within the City. (Ord. 21-19, 6-11-2019)
