1-14-12: INSPECTION, COPIES OF CITY DOCUMENTS; FEES:
Per the Idaho Public Records Act, City records shall be made available to the public for inspection and copying, unless exempt from disclosure. Public requests for copying or inspection of City records shall be processed in a form and manner set by the City Clerk that is consistent with the Idaho Public Records Act. Fees charged for copies of City records shall be promulgated pursuant to Idaho Code section 74-102, adopted by City Council resolution, and set forth on the City's Master Fines and Fee Schedule.
