1-14-3: RECORDS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM AND CITY ARCHIVES ESTABLISHED:
A. Records Management Program: There is hereby established a Citywide Records Management Program for the collection, preservation, management and disposition of all City records. The City Clerk shall direct the program and ensure coordination of records management operations among all the City departments and offices.
B. City Archives: There is hereby established the City of Boise Archives to be hereafter known as the City Archives. The City Archivist, who is a part of the City's Arts and History Department, is responsible for the collection, management, preservation, and public accessibility to the City's historic records and artifacts.
