6-7-3: EMERGING AND ENTERING ALLEY, DRIVEWAY OR BUILDING:
A. Yielding Right-Of-Way: The driver of a vehicle emerging from any alley, driveway or building onto any street shall stop such vehicle prior to driving upon or onto the sidewalk or sidewalk area extending across such alleyway or driveway, and shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian or vehicle approaching upon said street.
B. Driver Turning Left: The driver of a vehicle turning left entering an alley, driveway or building shall yield the right-of-way to any vehicle approaching from the opposite direction which is so close as to constitute an immediate hazard. (1952 Code § 10-09-06)
