11-01-02: EFFECTIVE DATE:

This Code shall become effective on December 1, 2023. All references in this Code to the "Effective Date of this Code" or to the "Effective Date" shall refer to that date unless otherwise stated. (Ord. 27-23, 7-18-2023, eff. 12-1-2023)
