5-14-1: CUSTODY OF LOST OR ABANDONED PERSONAL PROPERTY:
Any lost or abandoned personal property found upon property belonging to the City shall be transferred to the Police Department for retention and disposition. The Police Department shall retain all lost, abandoned and/or other unclaimed property in accordance with Idaho Code section 55-403. (Ord. 26-14, 7-15-2014)
