Ordinance Text

5-11-1: SHORT TITLE:

This chapter shall be known as the BOISE CITY SMOKE FREE AIR ORDINANCE, and any other ordinances or resolutions in conflict herewith are repealed upon the effective date hereof. (1952 Code § 6-23-01)
