5-9-16: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder. (1952 Code § 6-16-14; amd. 2019 Code)
