5-8-2: EXCESSIVE OCCUPANT LOAD UNLAWFUL:
It shall be unlawful for any person:
A. To sell tickets and/or admit persons without consideration, for any event or for any purpose in excess of the occupant load of a building, structure, arena, stadium, bleacher or grandstand, or parts thereof;
B. To permit, maintain, conduct or promote an assembly of persons in excess of the occupant load of a building, structure, arena, stadium, bleachers and grandstands, or parts thereof; and
C. To permit any person, except ushers or other employees, to remain standing in any aisles, corridors or exits during an assembly of persons, it being the duty of the person permitting, maintaining, conducting or promoting an assembly of persons to provide adequate unobstructed exits to permit rapid egress of all persons attending.
