5-3-6: PENALTY:
Any person in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code, except for a violation of subsection 5-3-5J or K of this chapter, which violation is an infraction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-2 of this Code.
