5-2-16: CONTROL OF SPEED:
No person shall travel upon the Greenbelt, as defined in section 11-06-03 of this Code, at a speed greater than, or in a manner that is not, reasonable and prudent under the conditions and having regard to the actual and potential hazards then existing. A violation of this provision is an infraction, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-2 of this Code. However, if such travel also endangers or is likely to endanger any person or property, then the violation is a misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this Code.
