9-13-2: CODE ADOPTED:

All rules, provisions, and ordinances applying to the design, construction, quality of materials, erection, installation, alteration, repair, location, relocation, replacement, addition to, use or maintenance of the building systems, contained in book and in code form, designated and entitled "2018 International Green Construction Code" (IGCC) including all Normative Appendices, added Normative Appendix E, and Informative Appendices G (Informative References), H (Option for Energy Efficiency Using the IECC Prescriptive Compliance Path), I (Additional Guidance for Functional and Performance Testing (FPT) and the Commissioning (CX) Process) and J (Option for Residential Compliance Using the National Green Building Standard) published under the authority of the International Code Council, Inc., is ratified and adopted, except as said rules and provisions are hereby changed, altered and amended by this chapter. The 2018 edition of the International Green Construction Code, and amendments pursuant to this chapter, shall be known as the Green Construction Code of Boise City. One (1) copy of the 2018 International Green Construction Code shall be filed for use and examination by the public in the office of the City Clerk. (Ord. 9-23, 3-7-2023)
