3-22-2: PURPOSE:

The purpose of the City's Short-Term Rental Licensing program is to protect the public's health, safety, and welfare and to safeguard the integrity of the residential neighborhoods in which short-term rentals operate. (Ord. 7-22, 3-15-2022, eff. 5-1-2022)
