2-16-6: TERM; QUORUM:
A. Term: A Commissioner's term shall last from appointment and confirmation until the City Clerk's filing of the Commission's Boise Districting Plan with the County Clerk, upon which the Commission shall automatically dissolve. The Commission may be reconvened only upon appointment of new Commissioners by the Mayor as set forth in this chapter, as needed in the future as required by law or new federal census data.
B. Quorum: A majority of currently-appointed Commissioners shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of any business of the Commission. (Ord. 21-22, 5-3-2022)
