1-10K-2: DIRECTOR OF DEPARTMENT:
There is hereby established the Office of Director, who shall superintend, direct and manage the department and all officers, assistants and employees assigned to and employed for the department and its various divisions. The Director shall be appointed by the Mayor and with the advice and consent of the Council. (1952 Code § 3-12-02; amd. 2019 Code)
