1-10J-3: POWERS AND DUTIES:
The Director of Human Resources shall exercise all powers and duties necessary and incidental to those authorized by the Constitution, Federal law, State Code, this Code and policies and procedures set forth by the Mayor and City Council. (Ord. 24-16, 8-9-2016; amd. 2019 Code)
