3-16-4: TOWING REGULATIONS:
Publisher's Note: This Section has been AMENDED by new legislation (Ord. 18-26, passed 5-19-2026). The text of the amendment will be incorporated below when the ordinance is codified.
It shall be unlawful for any person to tow a vehicle or otherwise act in contravention of the following regulations. (1952 Code § 10-23-03)
