3-16-3: LICENSING REGULATIONS:
Publisher's Note: This Section has been AMENDED by new legislation (Ord. 18-26, passed 5-19-2026). The text of the amendment will be incorporated below when the ordinance is codified.
All persons who tow or otherwise remove vehicles from public or private property without the consent of the vehicle owner or operator shall maintain a valid City towing license. It shall be unlawful to conduct a nonconsent tow without a valid license issued under this chapter. (1952 Code § 10-23-02)
