3-15-6: TERM OF LICENSE; RENEWAL; LOST LICENSE:
Each license issued under this chapter shall be for one calendar year, expiring on December 31 of each year. Each renewal for license shall be considered an application for a new license with satisfaction of all conditions and qualifications under this chapter. The fee for the issuance of a lost, destroyed or mutilated license shall be as established by the City Council and listed on the most current City Clerk license fee schedule.
