3-13B-2: PURPOSE:

The purpose of the Commercial Transportation Services licensing program is to promote public health, safety, and welfare through the inspection and licensing of mechanically sound and insured commercial transportation vehicles and the licensing of drivers. (Ord. 53-20, 1-12-2021)
