1-10C-2: DIRECTOR OF LEGAL DEPARTMENT:
There is hereby created the Office of the City Attorney, who shall superintend, direct and manage the department and all officers, Deputy City Attorneys, assistants and employees assigned to and employed for the department and its various divisions. The City Attorney shall be appointed by the Mayor by and with the advice and consent of the City Council. (Ord. 6-15, 3-10-2015; amd. 2019 Code)
