3-11-14: PROCEDURES FOR PERMIT DENIAL, SUSPENSION, REVOCATION, AND APPEAL:
Except as otherwise provided herein, the procedures for denial, suspension, revocation, and appeal of a permit shall be as set forth in chapter 1, article A of this title. (1952 Code § 5-13-14; amd. 2019 Code; Ord. 12-24, 4-30-2024, eff. 7-1-2024)
