3-9-5: FEE FOR LICENSE; TERM; RENEWAL:
A. Established Dealer; Renewal: The nonrefundable license fee for an established precious metal dealer in an amount established by the City Council and listed on the most current City Clerk's license fee schedule shall be paid to the City Clerk. The license to conduct the business of an established precious metal dealer shall expire on December 31 of each year. Renewal of the license and payment of the license fee shall be made on or before January 1 of the year for which such renewal is desired.
B. Itinerant Precious Metal Dealer: The nonrefundable license fee for an itinerant precious metal dealer in an amount established by the City Council and listed on the most current City Clerk's license fee schedule shall be paid to the City Clerk. The license shall be issued only for the period specified in the application and shall specify the date or dates upon which business may be conducted. (1952 Code § 5-20-05)
