3-4-12: PERMIT TERM; RENEWAL:
A. Permit Expiration: All sidewalk café permits within the City shall terminate at midnight on February 28 each year.
B. Renewal: All sidewalk café permittees must renew such licenses for the following succeeding year by complying with the permit renewal requirements set forth in chapter 1, article A of this title and this chapter.
C. Permits Remain Valid During Renewal Application Investigation: Upon timely submission of a completed renewal application, the current sidewalk café permit shall remain valid until the City Clerk reviews the applicant's qualifications and either denies renewal or reissues the permit.
