3-4-4: GENERAL LICENSING PROVISIONS APPLICABLE:
To the extent not inconsistent with this chapter, the licensing provisions set forth in chapter 1, article A of this title, shall apply with full force and effect to all provisions and sections of this chapter, and chapter 1, article A of this title is hereby incorporated herein by reference and applies to those rights and responsibilities not further defined herein.
