3-3-9: RETAILER'S LICENSE:
All licenses for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages within the City shall terminate at twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight on June 30 of the year in which such license is issued, unless application for renewal has been made. If application for renewal has been made, the current license shall remain in force until the City Clerk has acted on the application for renewal and has given notice of the action taken.
