10-5-20-1: ANALYTICAL REQUIREMENTS:
All pollutant analyses, including sampling techniques, whether performed by the user, an independent contractor or the City, shall be performed in accordance with the techniques prescribed in 40 CFR part 136, and amendments thereto, unless otherwise specified in an applicable categorical pretreatment standard. Where 40 CFR part 136 does not include a sampling or analytical technique for the pollutant in question, sampling and analyses shall be performed in accordance with sampling and analytical procedures approved by the Administrator of the U.S. EPA. (1952 Code § 8-14-20.01)
