10-5-19-5: NOTIFICATION OF SIGNIFICANT PRODUCTION CHANGES:
Any user operating under an indirect discharge permit incorporating equivalent mass or concentration limits shall notify the City within two (2) business days after the user has a reasonable basis to know that the production level will significantly change within the next calendar month. Any user not providing a notice of such anticipated change will be required to comply with the existing limits contained in its indirect discharge permit. (1952 Code § 8-14-19.04; amd.
