10-5-4-3: STORM DRAINAGE AND GROUNDWATER:
Stormwater, groundwater, rain water, street drainage, subsurface drainage or yard drainage shall not be discharged through direct or indirect connections to the wastewater collection system unless specifically authorized by the City. The City may approve the discharge of such water only when no reasonable alternative method of disposal and/or treatment is available. If authorization is granted for the discharge of such waters into the sewer, an indirect discharge permit may be issued. The user shall pay all applicable charges and fees and meet such other conditions as required by the City. (1952 Code § 8-14-04.03)
