10-4-1-5: EMERGENCY MODIFICATIONS:

The City shall have the authority to temporarily modify aspects of this chapter under emergency circumstances such as but not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, and extreme weather events. (Ord. 10-21, 4-13-2021)
