10-4-1-3: APPLICABILITY:

This chapter shall apply to all persons and entities within the corporate limits of the City, including those receiving solid waste services, eligible to receive solid waste services and conducting the collection of solid waste. (Ord. 21-17, 5-23-2017; amd. Ord. 10-21, 4-13-2021)
