2-14-2: CLERK OR SECRETARY:
The Homeless Services Advisory Board shall have authority to designate the Our Path Home Administrator as Clerk, who shall act as Clerk or Secretary to the board without additional compensation, and who shall keep an accurate record of all proceedings of said board, and shall file with the City Council, when ordered by the board, a report of all transactions of the board.
