2-13-1: CREATED; APPOINTMENT; MEMBERSHIP; TERMS; VACANCIES:
There is hereby created an Accessible Parking Committee, which shall be designated the Accessible Parking Committee and which shall consist of at least seven (7) members, as appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by the City Council, with each member being selected on behalf of an identifiable population of persons with disabilities and with at least four (4) persons being a person with a disability. Each member shall be appointed for a term of four (4) years. If a vacancy should occur during an unexpired term, such vacancy shall be filled in the same manner as an original appointment. (1952 Code § 2-25-01)
