9-9-19: IECC ENERGY CODE AMENDMENT, ADD SECTION R110, VIOLATIONS:
R110 Violations. Violations of any provision of the Energy Conservation Code of Boise City shall be subject to provisions under Section 114 of the International Building Code as adopted by the Building Code of Boise City or Section R113 of the International Residential Code as adopted by the One-And-Two-Family Dwelling Building Code of Boise City.
