9-9-15: IECC ENERGY CODE AMENDMENT, SECTION R104.2, SCHEDULE OF PERMIT FEES:

   R104.2 Schedule of permit fees. The fees for residential energy code inspection(s), reinspections, after hours inspections, or additional plan review after the third review or for modification changes, additions, or revisions after permit issuance, verifying compliance with the Energy Conservation Code of Boise City, shall be assessed in accordance with the provisions of the Boise City Building Code Fee Schedule as adopted by the City Council, which will be kept on file at the Planning and Development Services permit counter, Boise City Clerk's office, or on the Planning and Development Services website. All fees shall be reviewed by the Building Code Board prior to adoption by City Council.
