2-10-9: TRANSPARENCY AND REPORTING:
The Director shall file semiannual public reports with the City Clerk for transmittal to the City Council and Mayor, which shall include:
A. All complaints received by the Office of Police Accountability.
B. All matters reviewed or audited by the Office of Police Accountability.
C. A statistical analysis documenting the number of complaints received by category, their disposition, and any disciplinary actions taken.
D. An analysis of trends and patterns.
E. Policy recommendations as appropriate. (Ord. 21-21, 7-13-2021)
