9-5-21: APPLICATION FOR PERMIT:
To obtain a permit, the applicant shall first file an application on a form furnished by the Planning and Development Services Building Division for that purpose. Such application shall:
A. Identify and describe the work to be performed under the requested permit.
B. Describe the premises where the proposed work is to be done by parcel number, street address, or similar description that readily identifies and with sufficient specificity to locate the proposed building or work.
C. State the use or occupancy for which the proposed work is intended.
D. Be accompanied by construction documents and other information when required. The City may require such plans be stamped and signed by an engineer licensed by the State of Idaho.
E. State the valuation of the proposed work.
F. Contain the signature of the applicant or the authorized agent of the applicant.
G. Provide such other data and information as required by the code official. (Ord. 43-20, 12-1-2020, eff. 1-1-2021)
