9-5-5: SEVERABILITY:
If a section, subsection, article, sentence, clause, or phrase of this code is, for any reason, held to be unconstitutional or unlawful, then such determination shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this code. The provisions of this code shall not be construed to nullify any provision of local, state, or federal law. (Ord. 43-20, 12-1-2020, eff. 1-1-2021)
