4-2-1: SHORT TITLE AND PURPOSE:
This Chapter shall be known and cited as the ADA COUNTY PRECIOUS METAL DEALER LICENSING ACT, and is intended to provide for the regulation of dealers buying used jewelry, money, silverware or precious metal in the course of business so as to provide protection for the private property of the citizens of Ada County.
