1-6-1: POLICE TRAINING REQUIRED:
The board of county commissioners hereby declare that it desires to qualify to receive aid for police training from the Idaho peace officer standards and training council under the provisions of chapter 51, section 19-5109, Idaho Code. Pursuant to Idaho Code, section 19-5110, the county, while receiving aid from the Idaho peace officer standards and training council pursuant to said chapter 51, will adhere to the standards for employment and training established by the Idaho peace officer standards and training council.
