Ordinance Text
4-1-1: PURPOSE:
The purpose of this chapter shall be to minimize the unwelcome disturbance of citizens and the disruption of privacy and to otherwise protect the health, safety and welfare of residents of the county by regulating, controlling and licensing door to door solicitors and peddlers.
