Ordinance Text
8-8-2: VIOLATIONS:
A. Authority: Idaho Code 67-6527 provides for enforcement of ordinances and regulations.
B. Generally:
1. Conviction of a violation of this ordinance and regulations is a misdemeanor.
2. Each day that work continues after a violation notification is a separate offense.
3. Violations are punishable as provided in Idaho Code Section 18-113.
4. A violation may be pursued through a civil action.
