8-8-1: GENERALLY:
A. Purpose: This Chapter provides measures to enforce Zoning Ordinance violations pursuant to Idaho Code Section 67-6527 or any other applicable authority.
B. Applicability: This Chapter establishes:
1. Procedures through which the County seeks to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Zoning Ordinance and obtain corrections for violations.
2. The remedies and penalties that apply to Zoning Ordinance violations.
