8-6-6: DIRECTOR REVIEW:
A. Review: Once an application is determined complete, the Director will review all necessary application materials to verify that the application complies with the applicable regulations established in this Zoning Ordinance and any other applicable ordinances and codes.
B. Decision: Following the submission of an application, the Director will act upon the application within sixty (60) days. Failure of the Director to act upon an application is considered a denial or recommendation of denial of the application.
