8-6-3: PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE:
A. Purpose: The purpose of a pre-application conference is to review the proposed application(s), to discuss the procedures and requirements of this Title, and to review the associated application material.
B. Applicability: See Table 8-6-2-1 for applications that require a pre-application conference.
C. Requirements:
1. At least one pre-application conference with the Director is required before submitting the application.
2. The Director and the applicant and/or owner shall attend the pre-application conference. The Ada County Engineer, Surveyor, or Building Official may also attend the pre-application conference(s).
