2-4-1: SHORT TITLE AND PURPOSE:
This chapter shall be known as the BENJAMIN CAMPUS ORDINANCE, and is enacted for the purpose of regulating the operation of the Ada County Public Safety Complex and controlling the activities of the public within such areas and providing for penalties for the violation of the provisions of this chapter.
